How long does delivery take?
Our current delivery options are Economy (7–10 business days), Standard (3–7 business days) and Premium (1–2 business days). Available services, prices and any free delivery options are shown at checkout for your address.
Do you ship internationally?
International delivery availability and charges depend on your destination. Enter your delivery country at checkout to see available options, or contact us before ordering. International delivery times vary.
Do you test on animals?
SK9N and the RERS Group do not test their products on animals.
Where can I check ingredients?
Check the ingredients and directions on each product page and on your product packaging. If you have an allergy or a question about suitability, contact us before ordering. Patch test a new product before first use.
Do you offer samples?
We do not currently offer product samples. Our team can help with product and ingredient questions.
How do I build a skincare routine?
Start with cleanser and toner, followed by serum and moisturiser. Follow the directions for each product. Explore our collection and coordinated sets or learn more about the science behind SK9™.
